In the neighborhood is a mini-market with a coffee bar, newspaper/souvenir shop, few restaurants with fish and other specialties and a pizzeria. In Zambratija there's also a port for the boats. Town Umag with its old core is only 3 km away and it can be reached by a small touristic train. This family house and the apartment "Maurizio" provide private enclosed parking space where guests can leave their cars.The owners have a wooden boat so they can invite you on a fishing trip. Here's also the garden so the guests are always offered with fresh fruits and vegetables from it. Furthermore the guests can use Internet connection, receive and send e-mail messages. All apartments are equipped with SAT-TV, washing machine, microwave and an ordinary oven, coffee-machine, toaster, egg and water cooker. Apartments "Maurizio" disposes with air-condition which is not necessary in apartments in the family house because of the massive walls (45 cm) which are isolated and surrounded with greenery. Nobody till now wasn't complaining about the heat. |
